Stitch Holders 

A stitch holder is a tool that is used by knitters to hold stitches that are not in use. These are kept separate to the main knitting needles and the stitches on the holder will be worked on later in the knitting project. Examples include holding the stitches that shape the neck or tops of sleeves.
